In October of 2015 Troy began to notice more and more that surveyors were starting to cut corners as cities grew and supply and demand caused surveying firms to hire less qualified employees in order to keep the cost of overhead down. This in turn has impacted the quality of product and reputations of many surveying firms. In an attempt to bring back the quality and affordability Troy decided to make a leap on his own and start the up and coming company "Precision Data Services" in an attempt to give clients a final product they can rely on. With 23+ years' experience as a surveyor and project manager for various companies throughout North Texas and surrounding states, dedicated hard working individuals and strict supervision starting in the field and followed all the way through to delivery in order to provide a true and accurate depiction of the property at a reasonable price.
